brief introduction the production process for acetyene gas:  

1) calcium carbide is put into the acetylene gas generator, produce the acetylene gas after it react with the water in generator.

2) the acetylene gas enter the gas holder through forward and reverse water seal.

3) the acetylene gas go through the L. P. dryer to remove the water among acetylene gas.

4) the dry acetylene gas is pressurized by the acetylene gas compressor to reach set pressure.

5) the pressured acetylene gas go through the H.P. dryer to further remove the water among the pressured acetylene gas.

6) the dry pressured acetylene gas is filled into the aceylene gas cylinder by the filling system.

the acetylene gas produced through the above process can be used in industrial application such as cutting and welding etc.

If you intend to get higher pure acetylene gas, you can increase the relevant equipment such as purification and neutralization equipment, molecular sieve high pressure dryer, of couse, the cost the whole set of acetylene gas equipment will increase.
